Falling asleep to the ocean every night was wonderful, especially with that view of waves hitting the rocks. The beach is only a few steps away, and the town is central enough to reach plenty of amenities and great restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with reliably hot water in the shower. There are hammocks, a shared kitchen, an outdoor grill, and a spot to rinse your feet. The friendly cats were adorable, and the family who owns the hotel were kind and helpful. For the price, it was an amazing value.

A taxi boat drops off right nearby, and you can walk to some fantastic restaurants. We loved the beachside location and the hammocks for relaxing. The beds were comfy, the shower was hot and powerful, and finding air conditioning in our room was a nice surprise since it hadn't been advertised. Great quality for the price.

Right in the center of Montezuma, with the beach about 50 feet away and a nice view from the hammocks outside. At night, though, music from the bar Chicos carries into the hotel. Our room had two beds, a safe, a fridge, and a bathroom, but only a fan, no air conditioning. The shower had three heat settings: cold, medium that could get too hot and wasn't consistent, and a high setting that was actually scalding. Also, the door can't be opened from outside without a key, which rather defeats the point of having two beds.

We'd happily come back. The tiny, lively town is close by, but the spot still feels tucked away. Lounging in the hammocks with the ocean in view was lovely. The rooms are simple and rustic, and there's no air conditioning.

Nury and the whole staff were so kind and generous that I felt right at home. I'm grateful for the time I spent here, and still riding a high! Pura Vida! The hotel sits right on the water, with a breathtaking ocean view, and in the middle of "downtown" Montezuma, near places to eat, find activities, and buy crafts. This was my fourth visit to Montezuma, and after staying in several places around the area, this was by far the most pleasant.
