I felt safe the whole time I was in Manuel Antonio, traveling alone as a young woman. Hotel Vista Real might have been my favorite part of Costa Rica. The view was beautiful, and the staff were some of the kindest people I’ve met, especially Jonathan. He went out of his way to help me get to my room, sort out things that weren’t working, and look after my luggage while I was out. I couldn’t recommend the hotel more.

The views are unreal, and the rooms are clean and spacious. There’s a nice pool and a sunbathing area where you can relax. Customer service was beyond excellent. This is the place to stay in Manuel Antonio. 10/10.

The view stretches out over the sea, the kind you could stare at for hours. The room has everything you need, and the bathroom and toilet are spacious, with a shower. They don’t have their own parking, but there’s an arrangement with the supermarket next door for extra security. I was impressed from my first inquiry, when the woman treated me kindly. When we arrived, the women made us feel at home, explained the rules, and let us enjoy ourselves without any problems.
