The restaurant is lovely, especially with those mountain views, and the pool is a relaxing spot. We loved the traditional breakfast, particularly the fruit and coffee. Sonja and the team made us feel so welcome. The rooms were clean and the service excellent, and the location puts you near rafting, rappelling, kayaking, volcano hikes, and plenty more. Turrialba is close for lots of places to eat. We’ll definitely be back to this gem.

Breakfast by the pool, with flowers and butterflies around, was a lovely way to start the day, and I enjoyed the fish at dinner too. There’s also a handy shared kitchen. Our themed room was cute and clean, with a nice upstairs balcony, and I made good use of the pool. Sonia was so hospitable and helped a lot with arranging tours and taxis. Thanks, Amanecer, for a great stay!
