We slept really well in our room at the back, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and pretty, and the old city center isn't far away. One of the best hotels we've stayed at in Cyprus. The restaurant felt a bit overpriced, and the staff there often seemed overwhelmed or not very well trained.

The awful smell in my room meant I asked to move. They changed rooms the next morning, then told me I had to pay extra because the new one cost more. Nobody mentioned that when I requested the change, and the problem wasn't my fault. It was a very bad experience and ruined my whole trip to north cyprus. I don't recommend it.

Had one of my best nights of sleep here :) The staff are friendly, and there are great restaurants downstairs. Would definitely recommend.

I've never felt this disgusted about writing a Google review before. There were countless inconveniences and the customer service was terrible. I don't want to see this hotel again.
