The owner was so kind and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We were happy with the service and the convenient location too. Our apartment was clean, cosy, and had everything we needed.

The children loved the garden and forest right behind the terrace, both visible from the living room. Fresh snow meant sledging and making a snowman, and the weather was perfect. For skiing, the place worked well, with practical ski storage and Ski Bílá just a three-minute drive away. The apartment was thoughtfully laid out, beautiful, clean, cosy, and practical. We didn't lack anything. Communication beforehand was clear, the instructions were easy to follow, and the hosts kindly accommodated all our needs. It was lovely to find a place where children are so welcome. We enjoyed every bit of our stay.

We had breakfast at the Domovjanka restaurant, which was included in our stay. It was luxurious, and the kids' playroom there was a lovely surprise. The landlady had recommended some activities, and we were glad we followed her advice. We travelled as a family in September 2025, our first holiday with two children under two, and the location near the centre of Bílá was great for finding things to do with them. Everything was ready as agreed when we arrived, and the landlady was waiting for us with some toys she had found for the children.

The atmosphere and level of this stay made four-star hotels look second-rate to me. It felt luxurious while still having that at-home feeling, just what I wanted for a relaxing break.
