The neighbors downstairs made this stay unbearable. They acted as if they owned the place and, while we were away, came into the apartment without telling us to open windows or do other things. Because of them, the door was left unsecured for 6 hours. Even after we talked reasonably with them, it continued. They started making accusations and spreading rumors about us for no reason, and even objected to our parents visiting the apartment we rented. Whenever we ran into them, they eventually began verbally attacking and threatening us. I rented the apartment for several months. The accommodation itself wasn't the worst, but in winter it only reached 18 degrees, even after I complained. That seemed inadequate when I paid for the energy but couldn't control the heating. There was also a lot of mold in the bathroom that wouldn't go away, even with frequent airing. I don't recommend this accommodation.
