The owner chose brute force against a woman instead of trying to reach an agreement. The food was served in poor conditions, and you can be hit, especially if you’re a woman, because they don’t know how to understand their customers. I’d heard sarcasm was part of Czech culture, and this place felt like sarcasm personified. They say it’s a fairytale site, but being there can feel like one of your worst nightmares. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced.

The service was fast and dependable, but the prices felt too high for the quality of the food and drinks. My white hot chocolate was so sweet it tasted like vanilla pudding, and I was really disappointed. Walking into the restaurant, the first thing I noticed was the smell of bird poop. Gross. The pink walls didn’t work for me either, and the atmosphere was just so-so. 2/5.

The price doesn’t match the quality, so I can only give this property two stars. The beds are uncomfortable, the whole place needs a deep clean, and kitchen fumes seem to hang everywhere instead of fresh air. I wouldn’t recommend it even to my enemy.
