I only went to the restaurant, not the hotel, and left disappointed. The food was mediocre for the money: 250 CZK for dishes that might usually cost around 150. The restaurant, plates, and cutlery weren’t clean, and one glass was chipped. My hot chocolate was lukewarm and had a lump of sugar in it. The sauce with our knedlíky tasted artificial and was far too salty. The owner and waitresses were lovely, and the service was excellent. I really wanted to like the place.

We couldn’t eat the pork they called kotlet Olomouc on the menu. It was so poor in quality that we couldn’t even cut it. We sent it back and had fried cheese instead, which also tasted very bad. Then they charged us for the pork anyway, even though we hadn’t been able to eat a bite. This was a terrible experience. Be careful, you could easily be cheated.
