Hotel Arcadie

We were woken by church bells in this very quiet, storybook-like town. The hotel is in a superb spot, right beside a lookout and only a 100-meter walk from the town square. Our castle suite had magnificent views, and you could sit on the balcony and take in the scenery. The proprietor was helpful, accommodating, and kind. Highly recommend!

The rooms were clean, and the view from the hotel was stunning. It felt like a magical place, almost like being in Game of Thrones. There may not have been dragons, but with all the interesting stories about the town, who knows what could happen. We stayed at Hotel Arcaide during our summer vacation, and felt well looked after. The female staff were extremely helpful and friendly, with a charming presence. They helped with our luggage and shared great tips about the city.

The breakfast was amazing, with a large selection, and the receptionist was super nice and made sure we had all the information we needed. We brought our dog, and that was no problem at this pet-friendly hotel. The location is perfect, right in the center and easy to find, with the recommended parking very close by. Our room, no.10, was big enough, had lots of daylight and a small fridge. The beds were comfy, and it had a separate shower and a big bath. The view from the window was breathtaking and a lovely surprise. We had a lovely stay, thank you very much.

The location was perfect, right in the town center but far enough from the square to feel relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, and the reception staff were great. The room was comfortable, with a good bathroom and a view across the river toward the castle. Excellent hotel, and I’d stay again.
