Breakfast was amazing, with delicious scrambled eggs and plenty of homemade breads. There was so much to choose from, and it was one of the most filling breakfasts I’ve had in Europe. Our room was huge, and my parents’ suite felt like a little apartment without a kitchen. The street was very quiet. The renovated bathroom was lovely, with strong shower pressure and lots of hot water. We arrived extremely late after unexpected traffic trouble, but were still greeted warmly. The nearby garage had plenty of space. There’s also a room with a pool table and a garden outside. The plants there are gorgeous and thriving, fun to look around and admire. Everything is a short walk away, and the location is perfect. Absolutely lovely stay, couldn’t recommend it enough.

We first stayed at Pension Anna in 2009, and this was our second visit. The owners are helpful and polite, and speak German and English. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent again, and the city center is only a 3 minute walk away. The one thing that bothered us this time was the new walk-in showers. They look modern, but water ended up all over the floor.

The Wi-Fi was patchy, though we managed fine by moving around the hotel to find coverage. Aside from that, we had a great stay at Pension Anna. Our double room was spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom, and it’s on a quiet street near both the bus station and the charming old town center. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic. We also enjoyed the outdoor garden and lounge, which has a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee. We’ll definitely return to Pension Anna on our next trip to beautiful Cesky Krumlov.

We arrived late and hadn’t booked ahead, but our hosts were still very friendly. The room was clean and pleasant, with very good beds, and breakfast was far better than we expected for the price. One cozy night here, made memorable by this fantastic little city.

This was my second stay, and the accommodation is fabulous, with apartments rather than just bedrooms. The location is right in the center and there’s garage parking. Cesky Krumlov is wonderful, and the Budvar dark ale is the best!
