We really enjoyed the kitchenette, and the hotel’s location made it easy to pop in for WiFi or leave our purchases during the day. The museum in the same building was fun, with lots of beautiful stones on display. The bathroom was my one complaint: the sink area was too small for all my makeup, and the shower felt claustrophobic. Still, the room itself was lovely for our weekend in Cesky Krumlov, with a four-poster bed and a view of the castle. Watching the snow in the morning was especially nice.

It’s a lovely, spacious flat, nicely finished in wood, and even has a big bathtub. For the price of a hotel room, it’s a great deal. The stairs are worth the climb.

A surprisingly affordable penzion, with new rooms and furniture that feel more like apartments. It’s above the mineral museum of the same name. Just know there are stairs.

Great location and comfortable, nice rooms. If you want a castle experience, stay in #2. Best place to stay in Krumlov, highly recommend!

The rooms are amazing and spacious, right in the middle of town, with interesting antique-style furniture. The service was very pleasant, and there’s a good breakfast option delivered to the room.
