Pension H

We spent five great days at this beautiful family guesthouse and have just returned. The owners and staff are wonderful, the food is great, and the wellness facilities are perfect at any time of day. There are all sorts of trips nearby. We enjoyed our stay so much and would love to come back.

The meals are delicious, and the coffee is great! Staff are super friendly and the place is easy to get to. It felt a bit too extensive for us since we were just passing through, but for a longer stay, especially in winter, it's truly fantastic.

We found it quiet and pleasant, with friendly service, decent breakfast, and room prices that felt reasonable. It also makes a great base for motorcyclists. We’ll definitely return, and I recommend it.

Please make sure the cats have food and water. There were two male cats and a nursing cat with three kittens at the guesthouse, but their bowls were empty. When I offered the cats a piece of puff pastry from my strudel, they ate it frantically. We then gave them water, and all six drank for about three minutes, which made it seem they had gone a long time without any. We shared some salami too, though we didn't have much with us. The mother cat seemed hungry and thirsty while still having to nurse her kittens. It takes very little time to give them water, and they don't need the most expensive kibble, but they do need to be fed every day. They're living creatures, just like us. This was really awful, and I hope you'll think about what happened, feed them, check their water right away, and make sure it doesn't happen again. 😡😢😔🤦‍♀️
