I felt happy and pampered here, and I'm already looking forward to coming back. From the moment I arrived, the kind, helpful staff made me feel so well cared for. Breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of choices. I loved the spa treatments, especially the paraffin hand treatment; my hands feel amazingly soft, like baby skin. It was wonderful having everything I needed, including the Clinic, without leaving the hotel. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed in both mind and body. Thank you all, you were wonderful. ❤️❤️❤️

The team at Carlsbad Plaza deserves real recognition. Even as we left around closing time, the pool and sauna manager and staff stayed warm and accommodating, which left a lasting impression. The meal at Sorrento restaurant was just as pleasant, with very friendly, attentive waitstaff. On arrival, the valet and greeting staff by the entrance were professional and welcoming, and it already felt like a five-star experience. We had a wonderful stay thanks to such an amazing team. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We had a pleasant stay, even though this wasn't our first-choice hotel. There's a sense of grandeur, and the short walk downtown was convenient. Breakfast was excellent, and the service was very good. The spa was OK, though it had no hot tub, and most of the saunas didn't feel hot enough to me. If you're staying here, try the fish foot massage.

The hotel has a very elegant feel, and the reception staff were extremely kind. During our visit to beautiful Karlovy Vary, we especially wanted to see the hotel where Atatürk stayed. It was exciting to stand in the lobby he walked through during his 1918 stay for medical treatment, in the very place where he once stood. We appreciated that the hotel has set aside a section in his memory. I'd like to thank them for preserving this meaningful history.

The emerald-green pool was a highlight, and the water temperature felt just right. The whole staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a large selection of food and drinks. My room had a stylish look that I really loved, and the bed and mattress were very comfortable. It was a pleasure being a guest here. I'd love to come back. Best regards, Eric Daimer.
