The check-in service could have been much better. A more fully staffed reception, or phones in the rooms for guest questions, would help. The room itself was quite amazing, spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities a family would need for a few days.

Elnara at reception helped with all my problems and was such a friendly, helpful person. The rooms are big and right in the old town city center. It's a cheap place to stay with lots of space and service. I'll definitely stay there again!

Parking was a bit of a hassle and cost an extra €15 per day. The rooms were noisy, and the refrigerator made strange noises too. Still, we felt very comfortable during our four nights at Residence Goethe. The room was large with high ceilings, and the kitchen and bathroom were lovely. The price-performance ratio was excellent.

Parking was a disaster, and although we liked Karlovy Vary and would gladly return, we'd choose different accommodation next time. The location was very central, right in the heart of the city as soon as you stepped outside. We had to take care of our own food, as there was no breakfast. The room looked clean and tidy at first glance and was large. The balcony was small, just enough space for two people to stand. The elevator was quaint and old-fashioned, though a bit small. We used it for our suitcases and walked up the 100 steps otherwise.
