I only came to Pension A5A to collect a parcel for my wife, not to stay there. The counter is open from noon to 6:00 pm. Parking was difficult because the building is near Karlovy Vary Hospital, and the nearest spot I found was an 11-minute walk away. Luckily, the package wasn't heavy.

We got a friendly welcome and useful information. The room was comfortable, with a clean, modern bathroom, and breakfast was simple but enough. Great value for the money, I'd recommend it.

The hostess was lovely and spoke many languages, Russian included. Breakfast and food were included, and the place was clean and cozy. I thought it was the best value for money.

I can't remember whether it was Balikovna or Zasilkovna. There were loads of parcels waiting outside before Christmas, and some hadn't been checked in yet. Even so, they served people quickly.

The hostess was welcoming, spoke Russian, and gave helpful advice. The breakfasts were filling, and the kitchen had everything needed. It was cozy and clean, too.
