The quiet was what stood out most. Even though it’s on the ground floor, there’s barely any traffic outside the front room, and the bedroom sits snugly against the steep hillside, away from the street. I stayed four days in February 2023 and have already booked again for next year. Andrea Apartment is new, with the same modern, cozy feel as the other Baranek Resort Apartments in Karlovy Vary. It’s centrally located, just a few steps from the river. The heating and kitchen equipment are state of the art, and the hosts leave practical supplies of food, tea, and coffee that you can buy at a very reasonable price. A real gem!
