Really good.

The room had a dirty, smelly carpet, and the pool water was dirty too. The pool was badly maintained, trash was everywhere, and there was no service to speak of. The property is remote, with no phone service, and its Wi-Fi didn't work at all. I left after just one night. I wouldn't even give it one star.

Never again. The place was old and dirty, the pool neglected, and the breakfast was the worst I've ever seen. There weren't any restaurants open either.

We had a confirmed booking through a well-known portal (book..) but it was cancelled the day before our trip, with no explanation. Even at the last minute, it's uncertain whether you'll actually have a place at the resort.

We felt completely at ease here. The hotel is in a lovely, idyllic spot just outside Karlovy Vary, with beautiful hiking trails nearby. It's a great place to unwind, and even our little rascal, our dog, was warmly welcomed and felt at home. The people were kind and welcoming, and the pool and breakfast were good too. We'd love to come back. :)
