The main issue was the shower water, which was only lukewarm. The kitchen was also short on equipment, with no coffee machine, toaster, microwave, or other accessories. The furnishings were standard, and the living areas were so large that they felt cold even with the heating on. Still, we were quite satisfied overall.

The apartment was just a minute from lots of restaurants and shops, and very close to the center. We had a spacious place with five beds for two adults and a child. The equipment has seen some wear, but everything was clean and worked. There are two flights of stairs and no elevator, so it isn't suitable for a stroller. Parking at the property is very difficult. The manager pointed us to the bus station, where we left the car for two days and paid 300 CZK. He was pleasant and the arrangements were good.

Right in the Old Town, the apartment is reasonably priced for its location, and the manager is friendly. It has basic amenities, including a shower, refrigerator, and TV, as shown in the photos. Early checkout is fine, and during opening hours you can pick up the keys at the nearby pub. The big downside is that there’s no parking under the building. For a stopover, we had to keep our luggage in the car while looking for secure parking. There’s no elevator, so it’s not suitable for families with strollers, older people, or anyone with disabilities. Karlovy Vary is beautiful and worth a day or two.

The owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. The rooms were clean, well equipped, and close to the promenade.
