We came by bike and could leave it in the lockable passage, while the car can be parked in the nearby square. Kdynie and the surrounding area are worth a visit, and I’d happily stay here again. The service was great, from the very kind, helpful hostess who arranged an early check-in to the tidy, spotless rooms. My apartment room felt cozy, with a comfortable mattress, TV, shower and toilet, and it was dark enough for a wonderful night’s sleep. Upstairs there’s a spacious kitchen with a seating area, fully equipped with an oven, plus free coffee and tea. I only stayed one night, but everything was great, and I warmly recommend the guesthouse.

The receptionist was wonderful to deal with. We had a pleasant chat, and she was very helpful, which I really appreciated. My room was comfortable, clean and equipped well enough, and I was completely satisfied with the guesthouse. Since Kdyně is near the German border, the TV has a wide choice of German channels that our German neighbors will surely appreciate. If I’m back in Kdyně, I’ll gladly spend some of my hard-earned crowns here again.

We slept like babies, those sagging mattresses are a thing of the past. I’d recommend stopping by the neighboring sports bar in the evening or morning for excellent Pilsner, and especially to meet the manager.

It’s a cozy place right on the square, and we could get food or do some shopping within minutes. The rooms were nicely furnished. The furniture was older, but it still gave the place a pleasant atmosphere, and everything was clean. There’s a fully equipped shared kitchen. The receptionist was friendly and was happy to let us check in later in the evening after our 8-hour trip. I really appreciated being able to stay with our dog. I can only recommend it 👍
