I found the bedbugs only after we had checked out on September 23, 2022, when I noticed bites all over my body. After searching the apartment, I contacted the owner, who calmly confirmed there had been bedbugs in the room where we'd stayed for four days. He said he hadn't told us because he didn't want to scare us. That was especially troubling because he already knew what kind of bugs they were: on September 21, during our stay, the room had been treated, after a previous guest had complained about bugs. We had arrived on September 18, and the owner hadn't warned us about any of this. He sounded completely unbothered on the phone. This could mean health problems for guests, as well as extra costs dealing with the problem at home. I can't accept that kind of attitude. The pond area was pleasant, but I wouldn't return.

We caught loads of beautiful fish over the weekend, and the kids had things to do whenever they didn't feel like fishing. We had a great time and will definitely come back! 🙂

The horse show was amazing, and the place felt peaceful. Everything was clean, too, in really lovely surroundings. Highly recommended.

A peaceful place for fishing, with somewhere to sleep and have a drink.
