The attached restaurant was tasty and pleasant, with good beer, as you'd expect in Chechia. The ribs were tasty too, and the soup was just right on a chilly evening. The hotel is nice and well located in the old town; rooms looking onto the main square are clearly a good choice. The staff's English was a little limited, but you can manage if you brush up on your Deutsch, which they speak freely.

We came early for dinner and were the only people there, but the service was still good. An English menu helped a bit with choosing. We started with wine and juice, then had the beef and duck leg. Both were good and filling, so we shared dessert and an iced coffee. The cake was amazing, and the iced coffee was a big one.

The breakfast buffet had a very good range of choices. It's a beautiful historic hotel, clean and well maintained, with really friendly staff.

The setting would be hard to beat for a wedding. We loved this romantic hotel, especially the lovely view and its handy spot in historic Loket. Prices are reasonable, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it to pretty much anyone.

The room was on the small side, but it felt cozy and had everything I needed. I’m picky about details, so I really noticed how clean the pillows, duvets, and mattresses were. The housekeeping staff clearly do a great job. The hotel itself is nice, and everyone I dealt with, at reception, in the restaurant, and at breakfast, was helpful. I stayed one night and had breakfast, and the whole visit went smoothly from arrival to checkout. I came away very happy and would recommend it.
