The view straight onto the square is very nice, and the location is close to larger cities. The keys in lockboxes are handy, too. Our room was large and had everything we needed, though the bathroom and especially the shower were small. The beds were very soft and looked as if someone had already slept in them. There were hairs and crumbs in several places, and it wasn’t a great impression. The floor creaked a lot and we could hear everything through the walls. Traffic and church bells woke us at night and especially in the morning, but that’s hard to change.

The rooms had good equipment, and parking in front of the pension on the square was free. Clean and pleasant place, with a nice setting.

My stay was complicated by health issues, so I’m especially grateful to the owner for being so hospitable. I was very satisfied with the accommodation: a beautiful, clean room. I can warmly recommend it to anyone.

I’ll spare you a repeat of the comments already posted and just say this: U Radnice in Lomnice nad Lužnicí is a TOP pension in every respect, the kind of place that’s hard to find anywhere else these days. Five stars don’t feel like enough. That’s that.
