The location is perfect, just a two minute walk to the singing fountain and wine festival. The rooms were spotless, not a bit of dust, and the staff were friendly. I enjoyed the good breakfast despite the negative reviews: tea, fresh rohliks with cheese, eggs and baked goods. I recommend this place.

The rooms are a good size, clean and quiet, with an okay bath and fast WiFi. The price is reasonable for this region, and parking isn't easy, though that's normal here. Parking centrum is just a few minutes' walk away. The staff were very unfriendly, apart from the receptionist. Breakfast was a shame: the selection was limited and the coffee was the worst I've tried. The fruit salad was old, warm, and already fermenting and moldy. The sausage looked weird, and the cheese was turning yellow and hard.

The hotel is in a very good position in town. It's comfortable, pet free, with very clean rooms and comfortable beds. The food was delicious, especially dinner. It could use a bit of refreshing, but with the long lasting Covid restrictions, I understand that may not happen soon.

I booked this hotel for a weekend trip and came away completely disappointed. I've never seen a more inconsiderate place. They charge the full cancellation fee even if you cancel one day ahead, there's no gluten free food option, and there was no WiFi signal in the room.

A lovely, cozy spot with a surprisingly good view. I stopped by Panorama Cafe and liked the homemade desserts and the atmosphere. Such a hidden gem in Marienbad!
