For the price, this is very nice. Our group of five fit comfortably, and everything was very clean. The owner or manager was friendly. It's not luxurious, but it delivers the service it advertises. I can recommend it.

A beautiful place to stay, with everything clean and all the things you need provided. The owners are lovely, and you can let the children play in the garden safely. Adršpach Rock Town, Broumov Monastery and other sights are nearby. Highly recommend it.

We had a whole floor to ourselves, with two bedrooms, another room, and a big living room that also had a sleeping area. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the bathroom facilities were clean and pleasant. Outside, there’s a large garden with a pool, swings, a sandpit, trampoline, gas grill, and a terrace with seating. The owners were lovely. A really nice place for families with kids, in a quiet part of Broumov in northern Bohemia.

We really enjoyed our week at Privat347. The rooms were bright and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the owners were kind and helpful. Thanks so much from all of us. We had a perfect stay and would happily recommend it.
