The location is excellent, right in the city center and convenient for getting around. But I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it. The hotel is old, and the windows let in both noise and cold air. In summer, the noise makes it hard to sleep; in winter, the cold does. It was -3°C outside, and our room felt freezing. The temperature only reached 17°C on the first day and 19°C on the second. There was no air conditioning, the radiators weren't enough, and the old windows let a lot of heat escape. We told management and reception, but nothing changed. I even had to sleep in socks for the first time in my life. Around 11 PM, the hot water ran out, so we had to shower in cold water in that cold room and weather. Truly tragicomic. The room also wasn't clean enough, and there were no small towels.

The apartment was clean and the location was great, but the service was minimal. There was just one thin pillow per person, no cleaning, slow running taps in the kitchen and bathrooms, and no soft furnishings in the living area. Getting to the top floor meant climbing 60 steps, with no lift. The TV had no channels, and Netflix was the only streaming service. YouTube didn't work either. There was stale cereal in the kitchen and a plastic bag in the freezer. Of the two bathrooms, only one had hand soap. Neither had any other supplies, such as shower soap or body wash, shampoo, or conditioner. The fan in one bathroom didn't work.

The room I got wasn't like the photos on Booking.com, where I made the reservation. It had dirty walls and a shabby bathroom with cracked tiles. The window looked onto a terrace where people were smoking, so opening it wasn't possible. There was a gap under the entrance door, and you could hear everything in the corridor. I could also hear conversations from other rooms and another room's alarm clock.

The location is great, though the rooms could do with better equipment.

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. It's a good accommodation option, close to the city center and the tourist sights.
