Breakfast had lots to choose from, including coffee and pastries, hot and cold dishes, fruit, and juices. The restaurant also served quality food and was flexible about food options. Staff were naturally helpful and very friendly, the room was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was excellent, though sound insulation was limited. There was no gym, pool, or spa. I also had a strange experience with the massage offered in the room: the masseuse arrived without a massage table, worked on the bed, and climbed onto it in her street clothes, which made me question the hygiene. Aside from that, the rest of the stay was great.

Breakfast was the highlight, flawless, with excellent food, lovely professional staff, and tables overlooking the Prague trams going by. Please keep up the good work ⭐️ Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet, and the location was very nice, with some attractions within walking distance. It was a wonderful stay, and I recommend Art Noveau Palace Hotel. If I come back to Prague, I’ll choose Art Noveau again.

Breakfast had a wide range of choices, and the service was attentive and professional. The beds were extremely comfortable and the facilities were all of a high standard. There was a slight misunderstanding at the start, but the staff went out of their way to make arrangements and sort things out smoothly. A really enjoyable, luxurious stay.

We spent six days here in Prague and were so happy with our choice. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the building was clean and nicely decorated. Staff were excellent, friendly, and professional. We especially looked forward to breakfast every morning: loads of choice, everything immaculately clean, and a great team looking after it. Stephanka, the manager, consistently made sure we were well looked after and received excellent service. It was our first time in Prague, and the Art Nouveau Palace Hotel made it a wonderful stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, the location was great for walking to restaurants, transport, and everything else we needed, and the breakfast each day was excellent. We can’t wait to come back!
