The rooms are quite fine, and the location is acceptable, with a tram stop nearby that can take you pretty much wherever you want. Just keep in mind this is a student house, so it has the usual annoying rules, like no overnight guests and no smoking.

The showers are frustrating to use, with motion sensors and taps that shut off unless you press them every few seconds. Rooms also get dirty easily, despite monthly cleanliness checks. For what it costs, this dorm feels overpriced, and the staff made the stay unpleasant.

The showers are the worst part, with badly designed sensors. Shared kitchens serve the whole floor, and both housekeeping and the general amenities are awful.

The small fridges in the rooms and useless gym were disappointing, and there isn't a decent grocery store nearby. Laundry costs 6€. Reception also has an unfriendly woman named MASHA. On the good side, ANGELINA, EGOR, IGOR, NADYA, LIZA, SONIA and DANIIAR are excellent employees, and I love them. The student club and ping-pong are great too.

There aren't any meals available, and even the cafe around the corner closes on weekends. The rooftop construction is ongoing, so I'd avoid the place for at least a few months. A 25€ single room isn't bad for the price, but it's a 25-minute tram ride to the Old Town. I wouldn't really recommend staying so far out unless your options are very limited or you prefer being away from town.
