Club Hotel Praha

We booked through “Radical Storage” to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours and collect it at 1:30 AM. When we asked the man at reception whether he’d still be there, he just said “maybe.” His odd manner made us uneasy, and the whole arrangement felt untrustworthy. The website was confusing and poorly designed too.

The breakfast was stale bread, and they wouldn’t let us take food with us. Who would want to carry stale bread around? The jacuzzi didn’t work either. The room was unclean, with flies on the window, and the hotel smelled of fish. The toilet smelled bad too. I can’t understand how this place has three stars. The service was very poor.

We asked the owner to return our deposit, but he still hasn’t. From the reviews, it seems this has happened before, and I feel like he takes customers’ money. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. It’s hard to understand how a hotel that keeps money from customers like a scammer can still operate. The replies from the hotel to reviews say a lot about their character. I’m sorry they use their energy to take money from customers instead of satisfying them.

We stayed at Pension City Center, which was very good, so I’m writing about the restaurant here. The staff were arrogant and unpleasant, barking at customers and acting like thieves. They jumped on us to make us pay before we could even taste the food, which looked disgusting to me, though I can’t judge it because they didn’t let us try it. If I owned the Hôtel, I’d fire those two bad employees. Regards
