Dependance Golden Crown

We've stayed at the Golden Crown Hotel twice now, and would happily pick it again. It's central but quiet, with clean, comfortably furnished rooms and very courteous staff. Having a mall directly across the street is handy for quickly getting anything we need. You can also have pizza and red wine delivered to the room from the Italian restaurant downstairs.

The bed was really comfortable, and the hotel is in a great spot, right in the middle of everything. If I come back to Prague, I'd book here again. Thanks, until next time!

The location is really good, with everything close by, including vaclav square and charles bridge. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. Sometimes there's noise around midnight. We may have had a dusty room, I'm not sure, but the main problem was the mattress. It was far too soft, and we couldn't sleep, even turning over in a desperate attempt to get comfortable. We told reception, but they had no firmer mattress or free room to offer. We travel around the world, and this mattress was really bad. After a full day exploring Prague, you want to relax, and this made that hard. We visit Prague sometimes and like trying new hotels, but we won't return here because of the bed. There are plenty of other hotels nearby.

The location, service, and room were all wonderful. We walked to every area of Prague and took the Metro a few times to reach the suburbs. The only thing I didn't like was the sitting tub and shower in our room. The roof angle meant there wasn't room for a standing shower. I'd definitely stay again!
