The apartment was much larger and prettier than we expected, and we liked it enough to add two more nights. The hosts were flexible about the change. It was tidy and well kept, and the beds were especially comfortable. We slept like rocks. Wi-Fi was steady and the AC worked well. The Czech couple running Hotel Diana were a pleasure to talk with. They were interested in our trip and gave us plenty of suggestions. Their little shop sells very good wine at affordable prices, already chilled, and we enjoyed it several times. Breakfast can be delivered to the room for a fee: the fridge is stocked with ham, cheese, fruit, milk, and juice, and warm bread arrives at the door each morning. We thought it was worth the price. Parking was free and plentiful in a small gated area, and we left the car there for our whole stay. There's even a TV channel showing the parking lot if you want to keep an eye on it. The neighborhood is quiet, and the nearby metro goes straight into the heart of Prague, about 15 minutes away. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it.

We had a spacious 75sqm apartment that was spotless and comfortable, with plenty of room to unwind after sightseeing. Breakfast was a real treat, with hot, freshly baked baguettes and homemade cake from the owner each morning. The owners were warm and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Free parking in the front yard was a big convenience in Prague. Hotel Diana is a little outside the city, but the metro connections are excellent, and the peaceful setting felt like a welcome break from the busy center. We had a delightful stay and would gladly return.

Our family booked Hotel Diana in Prague through your app for a Christmas trip, but the stay was terrible. There was no elevator, room service came only once in four days, and we had no way to reach reception. We were also charged an extra cleaning fee without being told in advance, which felt rude and unprofessional. We were made to check out at 10:00 AM without any prior notice, adding to the stress. The poor service and management ruined the trip. As a regular Booking.com customer, I kindly ask for a refund for this unpleasant stay.

The rooms were spacious and clean, each with its own bathroom. We had a two-bedroom unit on the top floor, and it was visually beautiful. There's no lift, but Mike offered to carry our luggage. We booked through booking.com and got quick replies. Mike was humble and very helpful. He used to be a chef, then turned the restaurant into accommodation after the pandemic. I enjoyed talking with him and thought the service was great. There's plenty of free parking, and you can request breakfast. If you're not driving, the train station is nearby, and it's about 15 minutes into town by train. Highly recommend this place for a Prague stay.
