Hotel Hasa

There are a few practical things going for this place: it’s relatively cheap, has free parking, good tables and cabinet space, and is close to a bus stop. But the center is 40 minutes away by tram, and there isn’t much else I liked. The hotel feels rundown. My room had carpet, a big black spider on the curtain, sheer curtains that blocked no light, and a small, awkward bathroom. Supplies were limited to hand soap and toilet paper, with just one shower towel per bed and no hand towel. The shower had good pressure and temperature, but the head was mounted too high and there was nowhere to keep clothes or towels dry. Noise from the hall and street was very loud and echoed late at night, in the morning, and through the day, with thuds, running, tapping at the window, and singing. Internet was intermittent, connecting about 70% of the time, with only about 30% strength. I can’t comment on heating or cooling.
