The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. Breakfast was fabulous, with lots of fresh, delicious choices, and the coffee was really good. It’s in a safe, elegant neighborhood among embassies, and the area is quiet and pleasant, great for unwinding after busy days exploring Prague. It’s a bit away from the main tourist area, though. If you like walking, the castle is about 30-35 minutes away; if you get tired, an Uber costs no more than 10 euros. A very comfortable, peaceful stay.

We appreciated that the room had been preheated as requested, and it was comfortably warm. The room, supposedly one of the best, didn’t look anything like the official photos. The internet didn’t work for our entire stay. The breakfast door was locked, so we had to walk around the street to get in, even though staff knew we were staying and could have unlocked it. Breakfast was poor and not very varied. The bathroom products were as cheap as possible, despite this not being a cheap hotel.

The hotel manager helped sort out the police blocking my car in the parking lot, and the problem was resolved smoothly and quickly. That deserves a very positive mention. The regular service was high quality too. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The staff were really lovely, and the location was great. Breakfast had a nice range of choices, and they refilled everything quickly. Parking is available but limited. It wasn’t too hard to find a spot nearby.

We spent four nights here on our first trip to Europe, which was also our honeymoon, and had no issues. The staff and service were excellent, the room was great, and so was the hotel restaurant. It was good value and close to the subway, which takes you into the city. Martin at the front desk explained the city maps, things to do, and transit options. Definitely recommend!
