I'd only consider this as a place to spend one night, not somewhere I can truly recommend as a hotel. The location works well for concert visitors, and the price is very affordable, especially for groups. But the rooms look like a psychiatric clinic, the staff aren't very friendly, and the doors don't seem safe. I seriously doubt it meets the requirements for a three-star hotel.

I left disappointed. A staff member was rude and discriminatory, and let other guests join a private conversation between us, which felt highly unprofessional. I also asked an older woman a question; she said she worked at the hotel, but it turned out she didn't. The staff member I dealt with showed little courtesy or respect and lacked basic customer service skills. I expected far better, and hope management addresses these problems.

The rooms are great, and the place looks fantastic despite its simple style. It's easy to find, close to the bus station for the Metro train toward Prague's Destination.

We paid 217 euros for two nights, and it wasn't worth it. We asked for two adjoining rooms, but got separate rooms, so we couldn't sleep in the same place as our two small children. The rooms feel like hospital wards, and the receptionist can't speak any English. Absolutely horrible and very disappointing. DO NOT BOOK!
