INNSIDE by Melia Prague Old Town Hotel

The location was fantastic, with all the main attractions, including Charles Bridge, just a short walk away. It was another incredible stay at a Meliá, our usual hotel brand when we travel internationally, and once again they exceeded our expectations. The staff were warm and attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was outstanding, and the servers were friendly and professional. Every detail felt thoughtfully handled. We were genuinely impressed and would happily return. Thanks for a memorable stay!

It was our first visit to Prague, and we’ll be back. The hotel was in an excellent location, with a helpful team and spotless, spacious rooms. Breakfast was included and had a great selection of hot and cold dishes. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to family and friends visiting Prague.

The hotel is modern, beautiful, and cozy, with great bathrooms, a free minibar stocked with water, juices, and beer, Nespresso pods, a kettle, quiet and efficient AC, and excellent blackout curtains. It’s also well located near the tram: about 15 to the castle and 26 to bus 59 for the airport. We booked a studio with an extra bed for our family, but the sofa bed was really uncomfortable. We reported it the next morning, and nothing was done. Breakfast was okay, though for a 4* Meliá we expected more variety and better quality, plus the option to make simple kitchen requests. Nice hotel, but we didn’t think the studio was worth paying extra for.

I’ve stayed here five times, and it’s become my go-to hotel. The price is good, the location is amazing, and the quality is nice. Rooms are modern and consistently very clean. They’re a bit small, but cleanliness and service matter more to me. On one stay, noise came from the patio restaurant around 11.30 pm, but it hasn’t happened again. The staff are friendly too.
