I had a good stay despite the low Google rating. My single room was spacious enough, very clean, and had a comfortable bed and pillow. They left earplugs in the room, but I didn’t need them. I initially couldn’t get the radiator on, but staff fixed it and the room warmed up. The shower worked fine too. The staff were kind, and their card with recommended places was really useful. I noticed they’re trying hard to respond to negative comments, even leaving daily motivational cards, and I think they’re doing a good job. They said the rooms are being renovated. If your budget is similar to mine, this is a good option.

Just right for a city break: the room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect. I had a great stay and would come back to Prague.

The TV was unusable. There was no cable, and it wasn’t a smart TV, so there was no way to watch anything. Reception told me the whole floor was without cable TV. Parking nearby is also something you have to figure out yourself, using the Mr. Parkit app, apparently. I wouldn’t call this a 3-star hotel and can’t recommend it.

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. There are good-value bars and restaurants nearby, away from the pricey tourist areas, and the main centre and attractions are an easy walk. Great hotel.

We ended up here at the last minute after a booking mistake. We were a family of four and had reserved the family room with a balcony. The receptionist assured us it was nice, and the photos looked fine, but the actual room was very disappointing. It felt less personal than hospital accommodation, and none of the windows offered a view outside. They were too high, and the long curtains made them seem larger. I don’t think anyone travelling should stay somewhere like this. Historic buildings shouldn’t be turned into tourist traps for making money. As if the room weren’t enough, I hurt my finger trying to close the lift door, and a neon light kept flickering on and off all night. We tried to change the booking, but the manager refused to refund the rest of our money so we could finish our holiday somewhere decent. I’d advise people to stay away.
