Pytloun Bristol Residence Prague

We arrived at 1:30am with our 3-year-old and found apartment 4D in unacceptable condition. The apartment looked much worse than the photos, with some decorative details and basic amenities missing. The bedsheets were dirty and had clearly been used, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, and the toilet kept draining water at random. The sofa was visibly dirty, with broken wooden support beams exposed. It was unsafe for children and unhygienic. The hotel said they would clean it, but they didn't. The nightclub noise went on through the night and made it impossible to sleep, especially with a young child. We also got no reply to our messages. Poor cleanliness and no customer service response made this a miserable stay. Save your money and book somewhere else. If you have to stay here, avoid apartment 4D. It was unsafe, dirty, and unbearably noisy.

We stayed a couple of nights, and there were four of us. The apartment was massive, with plenty of space and a kitchen. It’s a great spot in Old Town Prague, just a few minutes’ walk from the town square and lots of places to eat. We mostly visited attractions in Prague 1.

A lovely clean place with beautiful design. There were jars of dried herbs and rose petals for making tea. I’d read comments about a nearby nightclub, but didn’t hear any noise. Our room was near the washing machines too, but I didn’t notice hot air coming into it.

The apartment was spacious and pleasant, and the windows blocked the sound quite well. But we couldn’t open them because people were constantly smoking in front of the club entrance, and we could still hear the music blasting all night from the nightclub directly below. We were on the fifth floor, so I imagine it may be worse on the lower floors. Bring earplugs.
