The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel has a really welcoming feel. Check-in was especially smooth thanks to Aidana, who was fantastic: helpful, clear, and lovely throughout. The service was top-notch. I’d happily recommend it.

The downstairs bar and restaurant were great, and honestly made up for the room. We stayed for three days and housekeeping never came, so we didn’t get fresh towels either. The room had a double bed downstairs, with air conditioning, plus a little futon with a sheet in a small loft upstairs. It was like an oven up there, and getting to it meant using a pretty precarious spiral stair-ladder.

The room was spotless and felt like a little studio, with all the appliances, including a washing machine. The service was lovely, and the receptionist was really helpful. It was a bit noisy at night because you can hear the tram, but the hotel provides earplugs. I’d stay here again when I’m back in Prague.

Getting straight onto both the metro and tram lines was really convenient, and I’d stay here again. My room was clean and spacious, with a kitchenette. The downside was the noise from the trams and people out partying on weekends. Air conditioning would’ve been nice, though you probably have to go for a five-star place in Prague to get that.
