SPA BEERLAND CHATEAUX - At Golden pear

That little tap at reception means you can pour yourself a free beer whenever you like. The whole place has a yeasty smell, but to me it was more like warm bread baking than anything unpleasant. Our room looked like a beautiful castle, and the bathroom was unreal. It wasn't especially practical, though it made a lovely setting for a romantic escape. I also really adored the kettle and teacups. The receptionists were capable and helpful, and all of them spoke excellent English. They sorted out everything we needed, including a bit of confusion between the booking website and the actual spa. The beer spa itself was very relaxing, with unlimited beer included. I'd recommend it to beer lovers.

The astronomy room, with inscriptions of Tycho Brache and star systems, was a great setting for the bath. We had three tubs for five people, and the hour flew by: 25 minutes in the beer jacuzzi, then a shower and time to relax on a pile of hay. Beer was unlimited, of course. We arrived early and the lovely staff let us in right away, then explained everything. There are lockers, a changing room, toilet, shower, and the main spa room. Just remember the clock starts as soon as you go downstairs, so get undressed quickly and save your time for the bath. It was warm and left me feeling revived, body and soul. Near Hradcany, and a great option for couples or groups of friends.

We really enjoyed our one-hour beer spa. It was such a relaxing, unusual experience, and the price seemed fair for what you get. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking to unwind.

They take care of everything, so don't bother bringing anything along. Just settle in and enjoy it. Such a great experience in Prague, highly recommend!
