Art House Apartments by Adrez Living

We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. The hosts made coming and going easy, and the place had everything we needed, including plenty of supplies. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the building felt secure. The location was fantastic: we could walk to nearly everything, and public transit was right outside the door.

We slept really well despite the busy street, since hardly any noise came through. The apartment was modern, clean, nicely lit, and cosy in the cold mornings thanks to the heating. It was easy to access when we arrived, and the size worked well for our family. The main bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and supplies, including toilet paper, washing machine capsules, and kitchen roll. We also appreciated the washing machine, though it wasn’t mentioned in the description. The location was hard to beat for walking to attractions and transport. After checkout, Adrez let us leave our luggage at their nearby hotel until evening, which was a huge help. We’d happily stay here again in Prague. There were a few drawbacks: at 7am there was no hot shower water, the elevator was broken, and it would have been useful to have a regular key as a backup for entering the apartment.

The apartment sits right in central Prague, by the Moldau river and Karlsbrücke, with a parking garage around the corner for 30 Euros per day. Inside, it was spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated while keeping the traditional architecture. Our family had plenty of privacy. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.

The bedroom was very quiet, tucked away on the far side of the apartment, and the room itself was spacious and spotless. The place is close to a Metro station and well situated for an evening visit to Karl's Bridge. The main street location did mean noise, and the living room felt dark. The main hassle was luggage. Reception is a seven-minute walk from the apartment, and Prague’s stone-paved streets made even our small bags hard to wheel when we needed to leave them at the hotel before check-in. Check-in also wasn’t flexible. After checking out, we carried our luggage around the city to save time and effort, but that was still inconvenient. Apart from that, the stay was great.
