U Patrona Apartment

The location is the best part, just 20 meters from the Charles Bridge in Malá Strana, with good tram connections. It's also completely quiet. I booked three nights for my family, breakfast included, but breakfast is only served from 9:30 to 11:00. That is far too late, especially on weekends, and costs you half the morning. I missed breakfast on two days. When I complained, the owner said the staff already worked 15-hour days and the hours were appropriate. He made sandwiches the night before, but without drinks or anything else, so I still had to go out and pay for breakfast again. The apartment was quite run-down. The wooden floor was very noisy, the TV signal weak, the beds too soft, and cleanliness in some areas left a lot to be desired. The listing says there's Wi-Fi in common areas, but there is NO Wi-Fi. I feel cheated by the inaccurate claims and service information. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. At that price there are plenty of better options in the Old Town or Malá Strana.
