We had a great four-night stay as a family of four. Our flight landed at 7 am, and they stored our luggage and kindly let us check in early. Communication was excellent. The location is central but on a quiet street, with Powder Gate within walking distance. Tram stops for the main sights are nearby, as are Palladium shopping centre and the Billa, Albert, and Lidl supermarkets. The spacious room had two double beds, a separate dining area, and a functional kitchen where we made breakfast every day. The furniture and room could use an update.

The apartment was a comfortable, clean, and spacious base for exploring the city. I’ve just come back from a short stay at Vincanto and would happily recommend it for a trip.

Friendly staff, and they’ll store your luggage for free on the last day. The apartment was lovely and clean, right in the heart of the old town.

The staff were welcoming and gave us useful recommendations, and the room was both large and very clean. It’s an easy 10-minute walk to the main town square, with Prague’s main attractions accessible from there. We felt we got great value for what we received and had a great stay. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Communication was clear and helpful, and they answered all our messages with useful information. The apartment was quiet, spacious, and clean, about a 10-minute walk from the old town. The kitchen had what we needed to cook, including a coffee machine and kettle, plus tea and coffee.
