There’s plenty of parking, and the hotel sits far enough from the highway that passing cars don’t disturb you. The food was good and the prices seemed reasonable.

Service was quick. The food felt average for the Czech Republic.

The room was small, the TV didn’t work, and the bathroom looked very old. I’d booked online and came from Olomouc by bus, which doesn’t run very often. The hotel entrance was closed when I got there, with no signs and nobody around. It’s across from the bus stop, on the highway side, so walking to the hotel felt dangerous. After waiting, I spotted someone behind the glass and got her attention. She called someone, who took me to the gas station to pay for the room. I was handed a key and left on my own. The next morning, I went to the gas station for breakfast. One woman was serving 50 customers. She spoke no English and seemed very irritated and nervous. The coffee she made was undrinkable, and the sandwich had a piece of sausage I couldn’t eat. I went back to my room, packed, and left right away, disappointed and bitter about all the improvisation. I think the Olomouc Regional Government should close places like this.
