It’s a hidden spot worth seeking out, with good food, Hendrych beer, and an amazing view over the valley. Follow the sign…

A great pension.

The guesthouse sits quite high up, so snow chains are strongly recommended in winter. It isn’t accessible for wheelchair users. The rooms are nicely furnished, and the kitchenette is fairly well equipped. Some apartment bathrooms don’t have windows, though others do.

The family running Pension Karolina really makes an effort to help guests feel at home, and you can see it in the details. From the start, we loved the cozy setting, clean rooms, and welcoming atmosphere. Special thanks to Vojta, whose smile and willingness to help made our stay even better. He was always cheerful, gave us advice on where to go, and suggested lovely routes and local tips. With friendly people and beautiful nature close by, Pension Karolina is an easy choice. We’ll be happy to return! ❤️
