4/10
We had a pretty good time here with our children for four nights, but the payment on the last day left us shocked. They wouldn’t take a credit card or bank transfer, so we offered to pay in euros. The exchange rate they gave us seemed highly exaggerated, and when we asked about it, a staff member immediately threatened to call the police. In the end, we drove into town to an ATM and paid in euros. The staff member’s aggressive behavior was upsetting, and we definitely won’t return.

The house, rooms, and facilities are good, which makes the unfriendly service especially disappointing. They can treat guests like customers or like criminals, and sadly it felt like the latter.

The owners were very friendly, and everything was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the lovely food and the mountain views from this amazing location. Five stars 🌟

I’ve rarely stayed somewhere this lovely, and I’d happily come back. The owners and everyone else were warm and accommodating, while the location was superb. Our room was tidy, clean, and perfectly adequate. Breakfast and dinner were excellent too. Highly recommend, top-notch!
