They claim it’s a luxurious, modern-style hotel, but that’s a huge lie. The lifts barely work, so good luck with those. I picked the great-view option only because the other choices were worse. That’s all I have to say about that.

Secure parking, good service and friendly staff made this a great place to stay overnight.

It’s a nice hotel, though the main issue is that the staff don’t speak any language other than Czech.

Our drinks took 27 minutes to arrive, and the waitress was unacceptably mean to us. Then we waited 96 minutes for food, which came with problems: cheeseburgers without cheese, undercooked meat and cold dishes. Worst restaurant experience ever.

The food in the restaurant is an especially good deal for the price. It’s a good place to stay the night, though a broken toilet flush in my room put a damper on what was otherwise a great experience.
