Penzion Prinz

We came to Valtice for the Wine Salon of the Czech Republic, which was an easy five-minute walk away. The location was super convenient, and the secure parking was included. We stayed one night in room 3. It’s a corner room on the same floor as reception and breakfast, so we only had to take our bags up one flight of stairs. It was very clean, and traffic noise wasn’t a problem for us. The staff were wonderful. The woman at check-in was patient and smiling, and handled the language barrier skillfully. Breakfast exceeded expectations too, with lots of choice and perfectly cooked scrambled eggs with thinly sliced ham. The woman looking after breakfast was kind and spoke excellent English. 4.5 overall.

We had such an enjoyable stay at this family-run place, and we’ll be back soon. The team really focuses on guests and is happy to go the extra mile to make a visit memorable. The rooms have been recently renovated and are decorated nicely.

A cozy family pension right in central Valtice, with friendly staff and a nice terrace where breakfast is served. There’s a private parking lot too. Prices are reasonable compared with nearby hotels.

Everything in this little B&B felt spotless and in great condition, and the rooms were really nice. It’s run by a sweet older lady who doesn’t speak English, but gestures are enough to get by. If you need to ask something, she’ll call someone on the phone to translate.
