The village setting makes a great base for exploring the area, whether you're sightseeing or mountain biking. They rent bikes there too. We were surprised by how much we liked the place: the rooms are spacious, breakfast was great, and the staff were really friendly. Highly recommend.

The owner’s wife’s arrogant manner put a damper on our stay. She seems to see herself as a great artist and acts that way. The room itself was nice and spacious, and the young man who checked us in and made breakfast was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was average, though the fresh orange juice and poached egg in a glass were a nice extra.

We were lucky to have sunshine, so breakfast was served in the garden with a magical view of the Křivoklát forests. The breakfast service was excellent, and we were lucky enough to be served by the Marquis himself :-). It’s a quiet, friendly place in a beautiful landscape. Thank you, we’ll recommend it to everyone we know. Ivan and Alena Tománek

The building has been renovated with a thoughtful touch, and the accommodation is very nice, with a view of Křivoklát. Breakfast was excellent. Křivoklát Castle and Berounka are not far away, and there’s a local pub right next door.

Known also as Novak Castle, this is a wonderful spot overlooking the Berounka Valley, right in the heart of Křivoklát Nature Park.
