Pension Kalista

A nice spot that’s both affordable and clean.

There was lots of room for the children to play, and breakfast was very generous. We found the guesthouse while planning a weekend family get-together, and booking information was easy to find on the website. The rooms had good equipment. We took stars off because the dishes and glasses in the kitchenette weren’t clean. If you’re okay with washing everything yourself, it’s fine.

The room is roomy, but that’s the only good part. The furnishings are worn, and cleanliness was quite poor: the sofa was shabby, with crumbs and animal hair all over, and there was mold in the bathroom. There’s no cleaning service, so you have to do it all yourself. Breakfast really wasn’t worth the price. A big disappointment.

There’s a fairly large pool outside, and you can sit beneath the pergola. The staff are very nice. Inside, the rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen.
