B&B HOTEL Arnsberg

A+++.

We’d definitely come back! The hotel is quiet even at night, despite being so close to the city center, which is just a 5-minute walk away. The Ruhr River is about 10 minutes on foot. Check-in was easy, and the gentleman at reception won us over straight away with his great mood. Our room was spotless and tidy, and the bed was big and extremely comfortable. We booked breakfast and recommend it. There was always plenty to choose from, and the buffet was regularly replenished, sometimes by the owner himself. Everyone on staff was friendly and respectful throughout our stay.

The reception team deserves special praise. They were friendly and helpful, and made the hotel feel welcoming right away. We felt very comfortable and would happily return. The hotel is in a fantastic location, and booking parking and breakfast was straightforward. Everything was very clean, and breakfast was very good, with a great selection and enough to make for a relaxed start to the day. We stayed for one night at the B&B Hotel and were very happy with it.

This was my second visit to the B&B Hotel Arnsberg, and I’ll be back again. I especially appreciate how the staff check whether everything is alright or if I need anything. That kind of real interest in guests is rare. The rooms are clean, tidy and well maintained, and make it easy to feel at home. The whole team is friendly, attentive and clearly cares about making guests comfortable. Reception is especially helpful and courteous, always with a genuine smile. You can tell the staff enjoy their jobs. If every hotel were like this, I’d be the happiest person in the world. Thanks to everyone.
