The room smelled unpleasant during my two-night stay. There were ants, and the general lighting was broken. In the shower, there was a lot of mould and the ventilation didn't work at all. The cleaning lady hadn't even wiped the sink, so the coffee stains from 6am were still there that evening. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

The receptionist told us they were fully booked when we asked to change rooms, then said it wasn't his problem. We'd booked through booking and couldn't cancel, which made an already awful stay even worse. Our room was dirty and smelled horrendous, the air conditioning didn't work, the shower floor had mold, and the carpet was stained, among other problems. I have no idea how this is listed as a 4-star hotel on Booking. They don't seem to know how to run a hotel or treat clients. The worst hotel I've ever been to. A very, very bad experience.

The breakfast was mediocre, and the outdoor deck felt bland and tasteless. In the room, the fridge didn't work and some of the lights didn't either. Water damage had left the bathroom doors warped and deteriorating, while the broken shower head sprayed water everywhere. Trashy and bland.

The breakfast wasn't worth it, though the breakfast lady was great, really nice, and kept everything clean. The desk guy was rude. The room smelled and was run down, and the garage and entrance were very dirty. The area was bad too, next to trash burning.

I usually only write about good experiences, but this stay was really bad. The bathroom was full of mold, and the bed had hairs and black particles on it. The room smelled, with stains on the carpet and curtains. They call this a 4-star hotel, but to me it barely qualifies as a run-down roadside motel.
